CBL Update: The Timber Ridge Series eApplication Launch Delayed Due to Technical Issues

CBLife’s new electronic application (eApplication) for the Timber Ridge Series product has been delayed due to technical issues. The company’s IT team is working to resolve these issues; CBLife will keep CBS Field Partners posted as updates become available.

This new e-app will replace the Virtual Insurance backoffice eApplication platform, which was turned off on Saturday, Sept. 24, 2016.

The planned transition includes important upcoming events:

Training webcasts

Training webcasts will be held for CBS agents. Leo Barrera, Marketing Director for CBS, is the lead coordinator in transitioning all CBS field partners to the new platform. Leo will send dates, times and GoToMeeting call-in information to CBS field partners. In addition, a training PowerPoint will be available on the MyCBL eApplications tab.

MyCBL Enhanced Security Login

The new user login for all appointed CBLife agents to access MyCBL will take effect soon; several important testing updates have been under way. When it is available, agents will need to follow the instructions to change passwords and fill in the user profile information before being allowed access to the eApplications tab. See the Important Field Announcement, “MyCBL Enhanced Security Login” (IFA 33-16), dated August 10, 2016 for login instructions.

Thank you for your patience as CBL goes through this important transition.
