GoHealth is working to update 2023 certification data on the VMO RTS dashboards. We will roll out by carrier with Anthem being first.
UHC RTS dashboards have been updated to include the just in time (JIT) state notations.
Just in Time (16 JIT states) will show either Green and “C” or Yellow “HL” on the licensing readiness report until a sale is made. When a sale is made, an appointment will be added in that state. An agent is RTS in these states with either the “C” or “HL” designation.
16 HIT States: AR, CT, FL, IA, ME, MA, MI, MN, MS, NV, NC, ND, OK, TN, VA, WV
Non-JIT states will need to show Green and “C” to be ready to sell. Agents in Non-JIT states are only RTS when the “C” designation is there.
