Reminder Regarding GoHealth’s Commission Tracking Process

As you likely already know, GoHealth requires any agents who believe they are missing commissions to submit a commission tracker to their Manager for submission to GoHealth.

As a friendly reminder, GoHealth requires this tracker as the carriers require it of GoHealth; without a complete tracker, carriers will not research missing commissions. Because each carrier requests similar information, GoHealth instituted one consolidated tracker for 2016, which can be accessed on the Newsie here or you can download it here.

As GoHealth and carriers alike research policies, notes will be provided on the tracker as research is completed. Due to the volume of trackers received by both GoHealth and carriers, please do your part in expediting the process by following the below two simple steps:

  • Check your commission statements to ensure you have actually not been paid by GoHealth.
  • Complete the tracker in its entirety with accurate information. If information is missing or inaccurate, the carrier will reach back out to GoHealth for the missing information and will not research any policies until the information has been received.
