Revised Commission Tracker Templates

In an effort to make the commission tracker process more efficient, GoHealth has split our single generic tracker into carrier-specific trackers, with required fields highlighted in red. These fields must be completely filled out in order for a tracker to be researched.

Effective immediately, please use the carrier-specific trackers located here and please submit a separate tracker for each carrier.

Also, as a friendly reminder, please do not submit a commission tracker for policies which have not been in force for greater than one month to allow for GoHealth to focus on only those policies that may actually be missing commission.
