There is a known issue with the VMO Dashboard that is prohibiting access to all users currently. We are currently working with our third party vendor to apply the licenses to all active accounts so that everyone’s access is restored. We hope to have this issue resolved within the next 24 hours, but will send out additional messaging confirming when you can expect a resolution. In the meantime if there is any reporting that is needed, your account manager should have the ability to provide data needed, however it may not be in the format expected on the VMO Dashboard.
