Earn points for policies issued between April 1st, 2017 and March 31st, 2018. Each Agent must earn 200 points to qualify for the contest. To determine your eligibility and to opt–in to this contest, you must email agentsupport@gohealth.com by December 31st, 2017.
Each agent must email Agent Support to opt-in himself or herself. We will not accept opt-in requests on other agents’ behalves.
