Effective July 15, 2016, Humana’s Sales Tools will not include quoting capabilities for certain Humana Individual plans in Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas and Utah. The plans affected in these states are listed in the link below.

This change will go into effect by end of day July 14, 2016.
Members currently enrolled in one of the listed plans will not be impacted by this change in quoting ability.
Important Date
- Because they leverage Humana’s Sales Tools, electronic, on-line and telephonic applications must be completed and submitted by 6 p.m. Eastern Time on July 14, 2016.
