We wanted to send out a reminder about compliance and QA responses and some of the limitations our carrier partners have when transferring information. For a smooth process for all involved, we ask that all recordings be passed over in a .wav or .mp3 format with each file having a maximum size capacity of 17 MB. All files should be passed over via your SFTP folder set up with our organization.
