Effective immediately, GoHealth will no longer charge HCSC appointment fees upon receiving an appointment request for an agent. GoHealth will instead deduct the appointment fees from agents’, or agency’s, commission statements as they are charged to GoHealth.
Below is a summary of the HCSC appointment fees for a base appointment. HCSC charges the appointment fee a second time if the agent certifies for Medicare Advantage and thus adding another Line of Authority. Appointment fees are subject to change based upon any changes from HCSC.
- Illinois – $0.00
- New Mexico – $22.00
- Oklahoma – $32.00 and an additional $30.00 if the agent wishes to sell BlueLincs HMO
- Texas – $12.00
