With O.E.P. winding down, we are working to streamline and improve our appointment processes, starting with Humana!
The new process seamlessly combines the previously separate steps of the Humana appointment process into one form. Similar to the previous process, each agent will complete the Humana appointment request. At the end of the first page the agent will have the option to add his/her non-resident licenses on the form, and lastly he/she will be redirected to the RightSignature Background Investigation and Disclosure form to finish the process.
Any agent that is already appointed with Humana can use the Non-Resident Appointment Additions form to add additional licenses to his/her appointment. The links to the new forms are available here.
