What is changing?
- We’re making improvements to our drug lookup tool! By incorporating new drug data, agents will see more comprehensive drug strength options, which will result in a more accurate drug coverage and drug tier display in Marketplace.
- With these improvements, some previously added drugs may be missing from your existing drug lists. When performing a follow-up or handling a repeat caller, be sure to ask the customer to confirm all their current prescription drugs before quoting a plan.
