It was identified that a subset of Wellcare statements that posted for the 01/12/2024 run provided the summary detail at the top of the PDF statement, however the policy level detail in the body of the PDF statements or detail in the CSV version was blank. We worked with our Third Party Vendor and we have resolved the issue. This requires GoHealth to re-publish the statements – this Newsie is to ensure you are aware that this is for the run that already paid on Friday, 01/19/2024, and that you will be receiving a corrected statement that reflects the 01/12/2024 Wellcare RN commission run detail.
