Based on agent feedback and investigation, we identified an issue with 2024 Current Plans being mislabeled. The Crosswalk Benefit Comparison feature previously announced amongst other Marketplace updates here, will be postponed to Thursday, October, 10. This feature is dependent on Current and Crosswalk plans being properly indicated in Marketplace which we’ve discovered and identified a few issues with yesterday that are now being addressed and corrected. Once those are resolved, we will properly release Current to Crosswalk Benefit Comparison by the new re-launch date of 10/10/24.
As a reminder below is the breakdown of the changes on Marketplace with the launch date updated to reflect new developments:
Crosswalk Benefit Comparison – 10/10/2024 Launch
Description
Agents will now be able to compare the current plan and the upcoming year “crosswalk plan” in the same view. Agents can compare the customer’s current plan, their future crosswalk, and if desired, an additional future year plan (i.e. Current 2024 plan, 2025 Crosswalk plan, and an additional 2025 plan). This feature allows agents to more seamlessly compare and discuss potential benefit changes with the customer all from the same screen.
