Compliance Dashboard Update | New Views

The GoHealth team would like to notify you of updates on existing compliance dashboards. There have been 5 new additional views added to provide more information to our agencies on the complaint metrics recorded by our internal Compliance team.

The new views are as follows:

  1. Complaint Details –  Provides charts to visualize distribution of complaint reasons, number of complaints by carrier, number of complaints by agency, founded/unfounded determination and number of complaints by status as seen below.
  2. Open Complaints – Lists all open complaints by carrier and details date submitted, date due and complaint notification date.
  3. Top Agents – Provides a ranking of the top 15 agents with most number of complaints, detailing NPN and complaint count.
  4. Agent Complaint Rate – Provides a ranking of all agents by percentage of total complaints attributed to each.
  5. Agent Complaint Rate – Summarizes the total number of complaints and submissions and provides a complaint rate derived from the totals.
