GoHealth Marketplace New Improvements to the Drug Lookup Tool

We have made improvements to our drug lookup tool, but it could impact drug lists of customers who are repeat callers or have scheduled follow-ups.

Please read below for specifics on what is changing within the drug lookup tool. This change has been live since Thursday, 7/6.

 

What is changing?

  • We’re making improvements to our drug lookup tool! By incorporating new drug data, agents will see more comprehensive drug strength options, which will result in a more accurate drug coverage and drug tier display in Marketplace.
  • With these improvements, some previously added drugs may be missing from your existing drug lists. When performing a follow-up or handling a repeat caller, be sure to ask the customer to confirm all their current prescription drugs before quoting a plan.
