We are pleased to announce the rebranding and transformation of our VMO (Virtual Marketing Organization) partner channel into GoPartner Solutions (GPS). This strategic initiative was carefully designed with a clear vision in mind: to foster sustainable partner growth and improve health plan outcomes by prioritizing the beneficiary experience.
Historically, the GoHealth VMO channel has provided downline agency partners with access to our industry expertise and carrier relationships. With the introduction of this reimagined business unit, we are thrilled to expand upon our existing offerings for partners and continue to provide unparalleled access to our top-tier Medicare enrollment experience. By working with GoPartner Solutions, agents across the nation can confidently guide Beneficiaries in selecting the most suitable plan for their needs, thereby maximizing GoHealth’s reach and contributing to improved health outcomes across America.
As part of these expanded offerings, the GPS team launched the vConnect platform earlier this month. vConnect gives our partners access to GoHealth’s propriety Encompass platform which is designed to offer an enhanced plan selection and enrollment process to both beneficiaries and agents. GoHealth is excited to partner with more agencies in the coming months to expand this platform. vConnect is just one example of the solutions the GPS team is continuing to develop and make available to our partners to help them succeed in the dynamic Medicare industry.
