Hello! We have some exciting Marketplace updates that are launching this September and October. We are launching 3 new updates in September and an additional 3 updates first week in October. We have detailed the changes below – and are also working with our learning and development team to provide training for your agents. 1.CSNP Optimizations – 9/17/24 Launch
Description
CSNP Optimizations is the addition of a CSNP Eligibility question in the Needs Assessment in Marketplace. If this chronic condition question is marked “yes” by an agent, then CSNP plans will be scored by the PlanFit model. This scoring will allow CSNP plans to be scored comparatively against other plans. This update also includes visual enhancements to differentiate CSNP plans in the plan list and the ability to hover over the CSNP badge on the plan card to view eligible plan conditions.

2. “Important Benefits” question becomes optional – 9/17/24 Launch
Description
Identifying a benefit as ‘important’ or “very important” is now optional, and not a requirement of Needs Assessment completion. Once an agent views the “Important Benefits” question in Needs Assessment, it becomes completed (with a green check), without requiring a selection.
3. PlanFit Score present on plans always – 9/17/24 Launch
Description
Agents can now view the PlanFit Score per plan before Needs Assessment is complete. The score considers customer demographics and current plan details but it will update accordingly as agents input customer needs.
4. Crosswalk Benefit Comparison – 10/8/2024 Launch
Description
Agents will now be able to compare the current plan and the upcoming year “crosswalk plan” in the same view. Agents can compare the customer’s current plan, their future crosswalk, and if desired, an additional future year plan (i.e. Current 2024 plan, 2025 Crosswalk plan, and an additional 2025 plan). This feature allows agents to more seamlessly compare and discuss potential benefit changes with the customer all from the same screen.
5. Carrier Preference – 10/3/2024 Launch
Description
If staying with their current carrier is important to the customer, agents can now select “Keep Same Carrier” within the Needs Assessment. As long as a MARx Lookup is done and “Keep Same Carrier” is marked as important, this data will influence the PlanFit Score to give a higher value to current carrier plans.
6. Enhanced Filtering – 10/3/2024 Launch
Description
New filtering links enhance usability for agents, which include: “Select Group”, “Clear, and “Reset all to default PlanFit Rank”.
- “Select Group” allows agents to select all within the designated category.
- “Clear” allows agents to deselect all within the designated category.
- “Reset all to default PlanFit Rank” will reset filters based on the default considerations of PlanFit Rank.
