Today an enhancement to integrate MARx into the Marketplace is going live. This feature will provide a streamlined sales and enrollment process to Tier 2, Tier 3, and the member. For Tier 3 agents, this will automatically fill in several fields in the Enrollment Form for the member, streamlining the process of including MBI, name, DOB, gender and address, if verified. It was announced at the quarterly manager call yesterday that Parts A and B effective dates would also be automatically entered, but a bug has occurred post-launch and the tool will not be pre-filling those fields in the enrollment application until we get a proper fix. We will send out a notice once we have resolved this issue.
When the Tier 2 agent uses the MARx integration tool in Marketplace, you will see the member’s MBI added in the top left corner of the Marketplace. From there, you will be able to view all the member’s CMS information in a MARx pop-up.
